Do you sell to individuals?
If you have a valid sales tax number for your place of operation, we do. If you do not you may purchase our products from retailers.
Do you allow custom chenille color orders?
Yes, we do but, the minimum order requirement is 5 gross which is 10, 72-yard skeins.
What is your return policy?
Custom color orders cannot be returned standard items can be returned if they are not what you ordered.
What is your order turnaround time?
Normally orders under 300 gross ship in 10 days or less we keep standard colors of crystal, rayon, New age , Nex-age and Suspend in stock they can ship in 5 days or less.
How do I order
If you are a retailer use must submit a state resale certificate if you're a tyer or manufacture, we must have your EIN on file you can place your order to our email address sales@americanchenilleandtyingsupply.com we will notify you if all items are in stock prior to billing you.
